This conference will be in-person on Wednesday 18 September 2024 at the Conference Center City in Prague, Czech Republic. This conference is for all genders, but the stage is reserved to women and non-binary speakers only. Although this is a non-profit event we ask participants for a small fee for a day with lots of fun, knowledge, networking and practice. In order to gain the proven benefits for conferences that have a balanced (gender) diversity, it is important to include more women (and all other ‘minorities') as (keynote) speakers at agile conferences. Last years we made progress, but we are not there, yet! We still need to make the big step .
