International Conference on Smart Computing and Cyber Security: Strategic Foresight, Security Challenges and Innovation (SMARTCYBER)

Recently, Smart Computing has become a popular research topic with an urgent demand where advanced computational methods and technologies grow both in size and sophistication. It combines with engineering approaches to create systems, applications, and new services implementations that meet the needs of society in which several and diverse application areas are covered, including, Big Data and Cloud Computing, AI and Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Cybersecurity, Business, Health-care, Energy, Transportation Systems, Environment, Industrial systems, Information Retrieval, and creativity. In all these areas, innovation requires both conceiving new applications and services, as well as improving the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of the existing ones.

The 2nd edition of SMARTCYBER 2021 was organized by the Faculty of Smart Computing Department of Kyungdong University, Global Campus, South Korea; on October 28th & 29th, 2021. The SMARTCYBER-2021 Conference provides an opportunity to account for state-of-the-art works, future trends impacting smart computing and cyber-security policy, with a focus on elucidating the challenges, opportunities, and inter-dependencies that are just around the corner.
