Girl Geek Academy Workshop: Creating iPhone and iPad stickers

This weekend, we’ll be learning how to make our own iMessage stickers, which you can use on your iPhone or iPad! We can make our own iMessage stickers without any code, which we can then use and share with our mates!

This workshop does require an apple computer, with xCode installed. Please check that your device has xCode installed before the workshop begins!

If you don’t have access to an apple computer, feel free to watch along anyway! You might still learn something new 💗

Want to learn fun new tech things and make new friends just like you? The Girl Geek Academy workshops are designed for you!

Our online classes for Girl Geeks ages 8+ are hosted by our skilled Girl Geek Academy team leaders and they are a great way to learn new tech skills.

We’re running these workshops every weekend, from 9:30-10:30am (AEST).

We’ll cover a range of tech skills and interests, ranging from looking at new ways to learn code, building your own fun games, art and so much more.

This environment has been created as a safe space for girls to connect with each other and learn together, supported by an experienced team as they learn and grow. The facilitator will use a camera, but the participants will not - everything will be done over chat. It's super fun and emoji are very welcome 😍

You will need a computer to complete the activities for this workshop - unfortunately a tablet doesn't offer the flexibility we need to support classes at this stage as we need to use multiple windows. So find yourself a computer and get ready to roll 👩🏾‍💻👩🏻‍💻👩🏿‍💻👩🏼‍💻👩🏽‍💻
