In 2023, the Botnet and Malware Ecosystems Fighting Conference, also known as Botconf, will take place in the French city of Strasbourg. Strasbourg, which can be found in the French region of Alsace, is one of the central locations of European institutions, including both the European Parliament and the Council of Europe, which is also our partner for this particular year. It takes approximately two hours to reach Strasbourg by train from Paris, and it is also very easy to reach by air from anywhere in Europe (there are airports in Strasbourg, Baden-Baden, and Mulhouse-Basel), or after a brief layover in Paris from anywhere in the world.
The workshops are scheduled for the 11th of April 2023, and the main conference is scheduled for the 12th through the 14th of April 2023.
The International botnets fighting alliance, also known as the Alliance internationale de lutte contre les botnets (AILB-IBFA), is a non-profit organization that is in charge of organizing this conference. Its registration number in France is W442011513 (SIREN: 789 576 014)
